Our Founder

Chief Sphere is the brainchild of our founder, Palma Bordan currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and co-founder of a fast-growth, award-winning Silicon Valley company.

Before stepping into this role, Palma honed her skills as a management consultant, and worked in close partnership with the C-suite on dozens of projects delivering lasting results. She has an intimate knowledge of what executives need and how organizations of all sizes can excel, scale, and build robust operations.

 

Palma holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics, an MBA with dual concentration in Finance and Strategy, and is a CFA Charterholder, solidifying her position as a thought leader in the industry. But more than her impressive credentials, it is her passion for the CoS role and her commitment to empowering others to thrive in it that makes her the heart and soul of Chief Sphere.
